Volodymyr Landa has joined the Economic Security Council of Ukraine (ESCU) as Head of Investment Screening. In this role, he will develop tools to build a safe and predictable investment environment that attracts strategic capital and strengthens Ukraine’s long-term prosperity and economic security.
Volodymyr brings 19 years of experience at the intersection of economics, analytics, and public policy. He led the analytics department of an investment company, worked as an adviser to the Minister of Economy, and as a consultant to the World Bank. From 2020 to 2023, he was Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Forbes Ukraine, and over the past two years he has been Senior Economist at the Centre for Economic Strategy, where he focused on economic freedom, public procurement, demographic policy, and Ukraine’s reconstruction.
