We offer policy solutions to partner governments to address weaknesses in sanctions regimes and improve enforcement effectiveness.

We analyze investments from hostile countries into Ukraine’s economy. We develop a screening system for such investments to enhance economic resilience.
Development of the defence industry
We advocate for reforms aimed at integrating Ukraine’s defence industry into the European defence, technology and industrial base, attracting investment, and ensuring the sector’s long-term development and growth.
