Аn independent organisation established in 2021 in Kyiv to counter external and internal threats to the national security of Ukraine and its partner countries.

  • Russian Military-Industrial Complex Providing comprehensive analysis of Russian arms production at every stage, with a focus on identifying critical vulnerabilities and dependencies on external supplies.

  • Sanctions and export controls Advocating measures aimed at increasing economic pressure on the Russian Federation and its military-industrial complex, while investigating violations of international sanctions regimes and export controls related to the Russian Federation.

  • Cyber diplomacy and technological security Analysing aggression in the digital sphere, developing tools to deter cyber threats, and strengthening the technological security of Ukraine and its partner countries.

  • Investment Screening Promoting the implementation of effective foreign direct investment (FDI) screening mechanisms in Ukraine, alongside broader measures aimed at countering corrosive capital.

  • Defence Industries Supporting reforms aimed at integrating Ukraine’s defence-industrial complex into the European defence, technological, and industrial base, attracting investments, and ensuring the sector’s long-term development and expansion.
