Executive Director of the Economic Security Council of Ukraine (ESCU) since September 2024. From 2022 to 2024, he served as Senior Adviser.

Author of research on critical vulnerabilities in Russian weapons systems, the Russian defence industry’s dependence on external supplies of raw materials and equipment, and mechanisms for the economic deterrence of aggression.
