Volodymyr took charge of the investment screening division at the Economic Security Council of Ukraine in September 2025.
From 2023 to 2025, he served as Senior Economist at the Centre for Economic Strategy (CES), where his research focused on entrepreneurial freedom, public procurement, demographic policy and the progress of Ukraine’s reconstruction.
From 2020 to 2023, Volodymyr served as Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Forbes Ukraine and Head of the Data Department, overseeing the calculation of Forbes Ukraine’s rankings. Previously, he worked as a consultant to the World Bank, adviser to the Minister of Economic Development and Trade, research editor at VoxCheck, and head of the analytical department at an investment company.
