Olena has been a member of the Economic Security Council of Ukraine (ESCU) team since August 2022. She has held the position of Senior Analyst since March 2025.
She holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Governance from the Kyiv School of Economics (KSE). Her research focused on the influence of leaders’ psychological characteristics on their behaviour during international conflicts.
She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Educational and Scientific Institute of International Relations at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
