Roman has been an Analyst at the Economic Security Council of Ukraine (ESCU) since August 2024.
He is a co-author of studies on vulnerabilities in Russian weapons systems, the import dependencies of Russia’s military-industrial complex, and international sanctions policy.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Educational and Scientific Institute of International Relations at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
