Oleksii joined the Economic Security Council of Ukraine (ESCU) team in September 2023 and has been a Senior Analyst since March 2025.
He specialises in countering Russia’s military-industrial complex, disrupting critical supply chains, assessing the impact of sanctions on Russia’s defence industry, and examining mechanisms used to circumvent export restrictions.
He is a co-author of ESCU analytical studies and international research projects conducted in cooperation with the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI), Next Level, and the Open Source Centre.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Educational and Scientific Institute of International Relations at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
